Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can grow the Outpatent Clinic experience and strive for excellenet patient experience. Join our team To Excel At Caring For You! CMH is looking for a leader who can bridge the administrative management and direct patient care into an overall excellent patient experience. Oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff schedules and performance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily clinical operations of the outpatient specialty clinic to ensure efficient patient flow. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high-quality service. Hire, train, and evaluate the performance of nurses, C.N.A.s, and/or Medical Assistants. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care and clinic schedules. Implement and monitor clinic policies, procedures, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Assist in budgeting and resource allocation to enhance clinic efficiency. Address patient concerns and feedback to continuously improve service delivery. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless patient experience. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate patient documentation and reporting. Professional Requirements State of Kansas or Compact RN nursing licensure. Minimum of three years management/supervisory experience preferably in a physician clinic or medical setting. Clinical experience preferred. Ability to work with physicians in a collaborative manner.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills. Strong conflict resolution, crisis management, and proficiency in EHR systems. Demonstrates interpersonal relationships in a manner which enhances communication, promotes conflict resolution and facilitates staff development.
