We're looking for a Director of Home Care and Nursing Services to oversee resident care, lead our home care team, and ensure the highest standards of service and compliance. What You'll Do Ensure resident satisfaction through quality care and hospitality. Market home care and wellness programs to residents. Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare professionals. Monitor resident conditions and update care plans as needed. Hire, train, mentor, and manage home care and nursing staff. Oversee compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements. Ensure 24/7 access to nursing and home care services. What You'll Bring Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse, as required by the state. Three years of experience as a nurse with two years' administrative/supervisory experience in home health or community health. Public Health Nursing certification, if required. Leadership experience in home care, nursing services, or healthcare management. Strong clinical knowledge and care planning expertise.
