Duties The Clinical Lead oversees day‑to‑day clinical operations for the Private‑Pay PHP/IOP program, ensuring high‑quality, trauma‑informed care aligned with Kentucky professional licensure laws and national standards of care for high‑acuity outpatient treatment. This role provides leadership, supervision, clinical oversight, and direct service delivery while maintaining boutique‑level client experience and insurer‑defensible documentation. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership & Oversight Provide daily oversight of PHP/IOP clinical programming, group schedules, and client flow. Ensure all services meet ethical, legal, and professional standards for high‑acuity outpatient care. Lead weekly clinical team meetings, case reviews, and risk‑management discussions. Maintain a trauma‑informed, client‑centered culture across all clinical operations. Supervision & Staff Development Provide supervision to bachelor‑level facilitators, peer support specialists, and clinical interns (as applicable). Support licensed clinicians with case consultation, documentation quality, and treatment planning. Ensure clear role boundaries between psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and peer‑support services. Direct Client Care Conduct clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment planning. Facilitate psychotherapy groups and provide individual therapy sessions as needed. Complete safety assessments, crisis interventions, and clinical decision‑making for higher‑risk clients. Documentation & Compliance Ensure all documentation is audit‑ready, insurer‑defensible, and compliant with Kentucky licensure laws. Review and approve treatment plans, progress notes, group notes, and discharge summaries. Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with program standards and clinical best practices. Program Quality & Development Collaborate with leadership to refine curriculum, workflows, and client experience. Support outcome tracking, quality improvement initiatives, and program evaluation. Assist with onboarding new clinical staff and maintaining a high‑performance clinical team. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

Active Kentucky licensure:

LPCC, LCSW, LCADC, (required). Minimum 2+ years experience in PHP/IOP, dual‑diagnosis, or high‑acuity outpatient settings. Experience supervising clinicians or facilitating clinical teams strongly preferred. Strong competency in trauma‑informed care, crisis management, and evidence‑based modalities. Exceptional documentation skills and ability to maintain audit‑ready records.

Pay:

$72,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
