Job Description
Horizon Adult Health Care in Bowling Green, KY has the following job opportunity available: Patient Care Coordinator/Marketing The position is full time, daytime hours, Monday-Friday. The position will require public education about services offered and assistance with applying for services. Experience working with the geriatric/disabled population preferred but not required. The position will require travel within surrounding Counties. We are looking for an energetic, positive attitude, and smiling face. Medicaid/Waiver knowledge is preferred. Competitive pay and full benefit package available including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, paid days off and more. Must have a Valid Kentucky Drivers License, Reliable Personal vehicle and Auto insurance.
