Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Clinical Supervisor & Behavioral Health Leader serves as a key member of the leadership team, providing clinical supervision, direct client care, staff development, crisis support, and operational oversight across locations in Tennessee and/or Kentucky.
This role ensures ethical, trauma-informed, spiritually integrated care while fostering professional growth of staff and providers.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing individual and group supervision aligned with licensure standards
  • Supporting staff in licensure and documentation requirements
  • Maintaining an active counseling caseload using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
  • Assisting during crises, risk assessments, and safety planning
  • Participating in leadership, program development, and quality improvement
  • Monitoring clinician performance, caseloads, and implementing performance coaching Qualifications include:
  • Master's in Social Work (MSW)
  • Active LCSW licensure in TN and/or KY
  • 2-3 years of post-licensure experience
  • Experience in supervision and leadership roles Preferred skills encompass outpatient experience, trauma-informed care, and spiritual integration.
