Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Clinical Supervisor & Behavioral Health Leader serves as a key member of the leadership team, providing clinical supervision, direct client care, staff development, crisis support, and operational oversight across locations in Tennessee and/or Kentucky.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and group supervision aligned with licensure standards
- Supporting staff in licensure and documentation requirements
- Maintaining an active counseling caseload using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
- Assisting during crises, risk assessments, and safety planning
- Participating in leadership, program development, and quality improvement
- Monitoring clinician performance, caseloads, and implementing performance coaching Qualifications include:
- Master's in Social Work (MSW)
- Active LCSW licensure in TN and/or KY
- 2-3 years of post-licensure experience
- Experience in supervision and leadership roles Preferred skills encompass outpatient experience, trauma-informed care, and spiritual integration.
