Treatment Director (Licensed Clinical Leader) Gateway Children's Services | Kentucky | Full-Time Gateway Children's Services is seeking a Kentucky‑licensed Treatment Director to lead clinical services across Residential Treatment, Foster Care, and Outpatient Behavioral Health . This is a hands‑on leadership role in a small nonprofit setting that includes direct client services and rotating on‑call responsibilities . Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple programs Supervise and support licensed clinicians and supervisors Ensure compliance with DCBS, OIG, DJJ, and COA requirements Participate in limited direct clinical services and crisis response Collaborate with the CEO and community partners Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active Kentucky independent licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) 5-7 years clinical experience; 3+ years in leadership/supervision Residential or youth‑serving system experience preferred Salary & Benefits $65,000 , based on experience Health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, CEU & licensure support Join a mission‑driven organization where leaders stay clinically connected and make a direct impact.
