Job Description
Position Qualifications:
Skill in providing counseling/talk therapy by established standards of care, customer service, and support skills. Ability to successfully counsel patients to improve mental and behavioral health. Work with physicians, mid-levels, and other members of medical care teams to evaluate and develop comprehensive patient care plans. Successfully refer patients to mental health specialists and other community resources as needed. Interact professionally and appropriately with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, ethnic, and professional backgrounds. Work effectively with managers, coworkers, and members of public and professional groups to coordinate activities and projects. Communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely with team members and clients. Be flexible to shift priorities and maintain confidentiality. Follow Emerald Therapy Center, LLC's clinical practice guidelines and all applicable policies. Be available to accept new assignments as needed.Responsibilities will include:
Manage Licensed Staff to meet quality and quantity KPIs Provide Supervision through Treatment Teams/ Clinical Staffing Oversee Clinical Programming provided at a specific site/location. Ensure services provided are medically necessary and evidence-based. Coordinate care with other service providers as appropriate. Participate in case of consultation as clinically indicated. Kentucky state license/s in one of the following credentials: Licensed Mental Health CounselorLMHC, LCMHC
Licensed Clinical Social WorkerLCSW, LICSW
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist- LMFT Licensed Professional Counselor
LPC, LPCC, LCPC
