The Nurse Director, Case Management will lead the Case Management Department within a 100+ bed, all-private-room, Joint Commission-accredited community hospital serving as the primary acute care provider for its region. This Care Coordination division plays a critical role in utilization review, discharge planning, regulatory compliance, and patient advocacy across a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services, offering meaningful organizational impact and broad leadership responsibility.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Nurse Director, Case Management will oversee departmental operations, budgeting, staffing, and performance improvement initiatives while mentoring a collaborative team of nurse case managers and interdisciplinary professionals. Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license, have prior case management experience, and obtain Accredited Case Manager certification within two years; prior leadership experience is preferred.
