- and Spanish-speaking patients Assist with resolving clinical questions or concerns appropriately Promote consistent, compassionate, and high-quality patient care Communication & Department Coordination Maintain strong communication between dentists, dental assistants, administrative staff, and practice leadership Participate in team meetings, clinical meetings, and leadership discussions as needed Communicate workflow concerns, staffing needs, supply issues, or recurring clinical challenges to management Help implement new clinical systems, protocols, and office improvements Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum 3-5 years of dental assisting experience EDDA certification Strong knowledge of dental procedures and clinical workflows Demonstrated leadership capability Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional, reliable, and patient-focused Availability to work scheduled Saturdays (select or alternating) as part of a full-time schedule Preferred Competencies High attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple patients and procedures efficiently Conflict resolution and team support skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment Compensation & Benefits $17.
