Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
Responsible for coordinating client registration and intake, ensuring accurate data collection and compliance with agency policies. Serves as a primary point of contact for clients while supporting clinic operations and maintaining confidentiality. Collect, verify, and enter client demographic, financial, and clinical information in the EHR Explain clinic processes, rights/responsibilities, and complete intake documentation Verify insurance eligibility and assist with Medicaid enrollment Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments, including telehealth readiness Maintain required logs, reports, and documentation Manage calls, voicemails, and client communications Provide backup support for front desk operations and perform other duties as assignedPosition-Specific Details:
