Base Salary:
$100,000•115,000
Total Compensation:

Opportunities for advancement across 250+ locations throughout the Northeast. What You'll Do Lead the daily clinical and operational success of your clinic while delivering exceptional patient care. Mentor, develop, and support clinical and administrative team members to build a high-performing, patient-focused culture. Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff while fostering professional growth. Monitor clinic performance, productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial goals. Partner with regional leadership to improve operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice). Minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience; prior leadership experience preferred. CPR and/or AED certification. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care.
