This leadership position offers the opportunity to oversee a multidisciplinary children's behavioral health team while making a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and families throughout the community. Qualifications Master's degree in a Human Services-related field Independent Massachusetts licensure required (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) Minimum of five years of experience working with youth experiencing serious emotional and behavioral challenges Minimum of one year of supervisory experience Experience providing CBHI In Home Therapy (IHT) services or similar DMH-funded community-based services required Outpatient therapy experience preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to maintain a flexible schedule What You Will Do Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Intensive Home Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) Program Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians, outreach staff, interns, and other Children's Mental Health team members Ensure compliance with DMH, CBHI, and Edinburg Center policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Coordinate referrals, assign cases, and oversee clinical service delivery Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, community providers, and state agencies Participate in Children's Mental Health leadership meetings and represent the program at external meetings Support hiring, onboarding, staff development, performance evaluations, and progressive discipline Assist with budgeting, quality improvement initiatives, and program development Maintain an active clinical license and provide direct clinical services or on call coverage as needed Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and person centered care Who We Are The Intensive Home-Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) Program is part of The Edinburg Center's Children's Mental Health Services Division.
