Job Description

Director of Clinical Operations Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our dynamic team as the Director of Clinical Operations. This full-time position, based in Brockton, MA, offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence and enhance nursing operations. Working closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing workforce productivity and implementing innovative strategies to achieve superior quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead labor forecasting and staffing optimization to ensure efficient workforce management. Drive initiatives focused on improving nursing workflows and operational excellence. Utilize technology and labor management tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce inefficiencies. Collaborate with nursing leadership and hospital administration to implement strategic initiatives. Analyze data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and ensure compliance with healthcare quality standards.
Schedule:
This position requires a commitment to a 40-hour workweek with typical hours being 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
RN licensure with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing; a Master's degree is preferred. Proven leadership experience in hospital nursing operations. Strong background in staffing systems and workforce management. Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of healthcare quality and regulatory standards.
Compensation:
The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from approximately $156,000 to $194,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
