Job Description
Overview As our practice continues to grow, we are expanding our front desk team and seeking an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Office Patient Care Coordinator to support daily operations and help deliver an exceptional patient experience. This essential role ensures efficient front office workflows, accurate scheduling, and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate brings strong dental administrative experience, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to patient care. We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and efficient practice environment. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner Manage incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly and efficiently Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments with accuracy Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with billing and insurance inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and front office area Provide administrative and operational support to the clinical and management teams as needed Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental front desk, patient care coordinator, or similar role (required) Strong understanding of dental office procedures and patient coordination Proficiency with office equipment, multi-line phone systems, and dental practice management software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
