You will support staff in managing caseloads, developing treatment plans, and growing professionally—while also maintaining your own clinical responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to clinical staff Support clinicians with caseload management, scheduling, and treatment planning Oversee assessments and clinical formulation processes Ensure services and documentation meet regulatory and organizational standards Monitor compliance and submit reports to leadership as needed Train and support new and existing staff Facilitate team meetings and participate in supervision sessions Build relationships with community partners and external agencies Promote culturally responsive and respectful communication Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field Independent licensure required ( LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LADC I ) Previous clinical supervision experience preferred Experience with CBHI services strongly preferred Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and documentation standards Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Apply Today Join a team where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.
