We are seeking an exceptional Patient Experience Coordinator to become the face of our Chelmsford office. This is not a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for people, anticipates needs before they are expressed, and understands that extraordinary service creates lifelong relationships. If you've worked in luxury hospitality, a high-end medical practice, concierge services, private clubs, premium retail, or another environment where exceptional customer service is the standard—not the goal—you may be an excellent fit. Every member of our team contributes to our reputation for excellence. What You'll Do Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Create an elegant, calm, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the office. Guide patients through check-in, paperwork, scheduling, payments, and follow-up appointments with confidence and attention to detail. Anticipate patient needs and provide thoughtful assistance throughout their visit. Coordinate seamlessly with our surgeons, providers, patient coordinators, and administrative team across both office locations. Answer incoming calls, text messages, and emails professionally while always prioritizing patients who are in the office. Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Help ensure every patient leaves feeling genuinely cared for. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who: Naturally enjoys taking care of people. Presents themselves professionally and confidently. Remains calm and composed during busy clinic days. Communicates with warmth, empathy, and professionalism. Is highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented. Takes pride in creating memorable experiences through small details. Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience. Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, concierge services, medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, cosmetic dentistry, or another premium service environment strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable learning electronic medical record (EMR) and scheduling systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience.
