The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within our dental office, contributing to a positive patient experience. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the clinical staff. Verify insurance information and assist with insurance verification processes. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure documentation review is completed timely. Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate with patients and staff. Assist in dental office management tasks, including filing and data entry. Support coding processes as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Operate office equipment efficiently, including computers and printers. • Experience Previous experience in a dental office is required. Familiarity with EagleSoft or similar electronic health record systems is a plus. Knowledge of dental records management, insurance verification, and dental coding is desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient interaction.
