- $100,000/annual salary range Administrator in Training At The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we believe that strong leadership is built through learning, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
Training:
Participate in hands-on training experiences across all departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of facility operations. Support administrators and department leaders with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth, efficient facility operations Learn to plan, organize, develop, and implement programs, policies, procedures, and initiatives that support quality care and operational excellence. Assist in monitoring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements. Engage with residents, families, staff, visitors, and external agencies in a professional, respectful, and solution-oriented manner. Observe and contribute to leadership decision-making processes, meetings, and strategic planning initiatives. Develop skills in problem-solving, communication, and team leadership through active participation and mentorship. Support initiatives that promote resident satisfaction, staff engagement, and continuous quality improvement. Qualifications of Administrator inTraining:
Must have completed at least 60 semester hours of education from an accredited college or university. Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program, preferably in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health-related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact tactfully and professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public. Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation. Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and a strong desire to grow into a leadership role within healthcare administration.
