As a Caregiver Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients while also overseeing a team of caregivers. Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of caregivers , providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure exceptional client care Conduct client assessments, develop and implement personalized care plans, and monitor client outcomes Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and medical professionals Conduct home visits and observe caregiver performance to ensure compliance with quality standards Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care activities, including progress notes, medication administration, and other relevant information Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide input on process improvements Live-In and Hourly Careers Available - We Employ Only The Best and Most Qualified Staff , so if you're passionate about senior care and committed to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role 2+ years of experience in senior care, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization Must have reliable transportation and DL Active CNA, HHA or LPN license preferred in Massachusetts Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
