Job Description
CSO is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient clinic in Leominster. This position will provide direct treatment services to individuals, families and groups, will participate as an active member of the agency management team, and provide clinical services to individuals, families, couples, and groups in western and central Massachusetts.
Starting Salary:
$70,000- 77,000/year As a
Clinical Supervisor:
You Will:
Provide regular clinical and administrative supervision for assigned clinicians Participate in hiring process or disciplinary action as necessary Supervise other staff or interns as required Provide emergency backup for cases of supervisees Provide medication monitoring, education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate Provide psycho-social assessments for assigned clientsYour Background:
Clinical Master's degree with three years of experience treating adults and families Three years of supervisory experience (preferred) Clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC OR LMFT) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
