Participate in hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and, when needed, corrective action for clinical staff at the Lynn location. Operations & Site Management Monitor clinician caseloads and productivity against established expectations, ensuring full and effective use of available treatment time. Track key metrics and support continuous quality improvement, audits, and readiness for licensing and payer requirements. Serve as the on-site escalation point for clinical, scheduling, and client-experience concerns. Direct Clinical Care Maintain a reduced personal caseload providing OP, IHT, and/or SUD counseling; including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Deliver individual, family, and/or group therapy in person and via telehealth. Provide care coordination, safety planning, and referrals; collaborate with guardians, schools, TT&S workers, Therapeutic Mentors, and community providers. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR and uphold HIPAA confidentiality. Compliance & Coordination Ensure adherence to all contractual, licensing, regulatory, and agency policies, promoting the health, safety, and well-being of staff and clients. Maintain accurate staff records, including supervision notes and documentation of performance and training compliance. Work effectively with the Clinical Director, Operational Director, and the broader administrative and finance teams to support program growth and sustainability. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Active, independent Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW or LMHC). Minimum of three (5) years of clinical experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment. Demonstrated supervisory, leadership, or program-coordination experience. CANS certification.
