Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Rehabilitation Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple regions. This role balances operational leadership with clinical oversight, ensuring a multi-state team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs provides exceptional care while meeting productivity and regulatory standards. You will serve as the bridge between clinical staff and senior leadership, driving departmental goals and maintaining documentation integrity.
What You'll Do:
Operational Leadership:
Manage daily operations for the Rehab Department, including staff scheduling and productivity monitoring.
Team Management:
Oversee a multidisciplinary team; responsible for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Quality & Compliance:
Audit clinical documentation and ensure services align with state/federal regulations.
Clinical Support:
Maintain a limited patient caseload and perform supervisory visits to ensure clinical continuity.
Regional Travel:
Travel to various states to assist with staff onboarding and annual competencies.
What You Have Education:
Master's Degree required (Doctorate preferred).
L icensure:
Valid license to practice Therapy in Massachusetts, Colorado, and/or Iowa.
Experience:
Home Care experience is required.5+ years of Therapy experience (preferred). 3+ years of supervisory experience in a Rehab setting (preferred).
Certification:
Current CPR Certification and a valid Driver's License. Physical Demands & Work Environment This role requires active participation in clinical and administrative settings:
Mobility:
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and the ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl.
Strength:
Occasional lifting or pushing of weights (under and over 25 lbs) and the ability to assist with patient transfers as needed.
Safety:
Frequent exposure to bloodborne and airborne pathogens; strict adherence to safety and infectious material protocols is required. Why Join Us?
