Clinical Manager Needham, MA | Exempt | Reports to COO Lead. Optimize. Elevate Patient Care. We re seeking a dynamic Clinical Manager to lead operations across a thriving, multi-specialty dental practice serving adult, pediatric, orthodontic, and perioperative patients. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on professional who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and is passionate about team development and operational excellence. What You ll
Do Lead Clinical Operations:
Drive day-to-day performance across all specialties, ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient scheduling, and optimal chair utilization
Inspire & Develop Teams:
Manage and mentor hygienists, assistants, and clinical support staff, fostering accountability, collaboration, and growth Partner with
Providers:
Work closely with dentists and specialists to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and elevate the patient experience
Champion Compliance:
Ensure adherence to OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and infection control standards while maintaining audit readiness
Drive Improvements:
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement new technologies, and standardize workflows
Own Performance Metrics:
Monitor KPIs, staffing efficiency, and operational outcomes to support continuous improvement
Support Business Operations:
Contribute to budgeting, workforce planning, and cost management initiatives What You Bring 5-7+ years of leadership experience in dental or healthcare operations Strong understanding of clinical workflows, compliance, and best practices Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional clinical teams Experience in multi-specialty dental environments (highly preferred) Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills A proactive, solutions-oriented and approachable leadership style •Must have reliable transportation.
