We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and highly organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently juggle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service. What You'll Do Greet patients and create a positive first impression Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Collect payments and assist with patient check-in/check-out Help with appointment confirmations and reminders Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Support a smooth and efficient patient experience from start to finish Receive training to perform basic patient testing, including taking preliminary eye measurements and imaging as part of the patient visit What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and people-oriented personality Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Qualifications Prior front desk, medical office, or administrative experience is required Experience with insurance verification is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation $22-$25 per hour, depending on experience Schedule Part-time Approximately 25 hours per week, Monday/Tuesday required Some flexibility available for the right candidate Why Join Bright Eyes Needham?
