Job Description

Patient Concierge / Patient Care Coordinator Elite Medspa and Wellness Center — Needham, MA Full‑Time | Front Desk | Medical Aesthetics Elite Medspa and Wellness Center is a premier, concierge‑level medical aesthetics practice known for exceptional patient outcomes, advanced treatments, and a luxury service experience. We hire only top‑tier professionals who embody professionalism, warmth, and excellence. We're looking for a polished, organized, patient‑focused Patient Concierge with a passion for medical aesthetics to manage front desk operations, support providers, and deliver an elevated patient experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients, manage check‑in/check‑out, and maintain a luxury front‑desk experience Answer phones, emails, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally Schedule appointments using EMR/booking software and update patient records Manage the practice's CRM system and maintain a high lead‑conversion rate Send intake forms, consents, and pre/post‑care instructions Make appointment reminder calls and handle rescheduling Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient documentation Support daily operations, room turnover, and overall clinic cleanliness Qualifications High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred Strong communication, typing, and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel or Google Suite) Professional, polished appearance and warm, friendly demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment Experience in a medspa, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury service setting required Sales or customer service experience a plus Why Join Elite High‑end, results‑driven medical aesthetics environment Supportive, selective team committed to excellence Opportunities for growth, training, and advancement A culture built on professionalism, integrity, and elevated patient care If you love aesthetics, hospitality, and creating exceptional patient experiences, we'd love to
