Position:
The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a key member of the department, responsible for high-quality patient education and instruction in the use of Home Sleep Testing (HST) devices.
Primary duties consist of:
Educate patients on proper use of the HST device Upload data from device Prepare devices for testing Document all devices and patient interactions in the medical record Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives Inventory and track HST devices and associated supplies
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED 1+ year experience in customer service role Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required Required skills and attributes: Superior verbal and written communication Strong computer skills required Organized and detail oriented Ability to multi-task Confident working independently and as part of a team
