Job Overview $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ We are seeking an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator to join our elite team at Quest Audiology, a premier hearing care practice dedicated to transforming lives through advanced hearing solutions. Position Overview As a top-tier Patient Care Coordinator (PCC), you will be the heart of our patient experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing patients, ensuring every interaction is seamless, compassionate, and professional. This is not an ordinary administrative role — it is a career opportunity for someone who thrives on building genuine relationships, delivering outstanding service, and contributing to life-changing outcomes for people with hearing loss. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments, consultations, fittings, and follow-ups Conduct initial patient intake and hearing health screenings Educate patients and families on hearing aid technology and care options Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation Handle billing, insurance verification, and financing options Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and optimal hearing outcomes Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment Collaborate closely with audiologists and hearing instrument specialists What We're Looking For in Our Ideal PCC Minimum 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing healthcare (hearing care, audiology, ENT Otolaryngology) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Warm, empathetic, and patient-centered personality Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office A genuine passion for helping people improve their quality of life Professional appearance and polished demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting Compensation Competitive base salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (depending on experience) Attractive performance-based bonus program (uncapped potential) Earn Sales Commissions Total first-year compensation potential: $70,000 - $120,000+ Benefits Benefits begin after a 90-day introductory period .
