This is an opportunity for a strong clinical leader who wants to do more than manage a caseload. We're looking for someone who wants to develop clinicians, strengthen systems, shape programming, and build a center where both clients and staff can thrive.
About Rising Above At Rising Above ABA , we believe high-quality clinical care and strong organizational systems have to work together. We are a BCBA-led organization. Our clinical leaders aren't removed from the realities of providing ABA services—they understand the work, the responsibility that comes with it, and what clinicians need in order to provide excellent care.
Our goal is to create an environment where clinicians have the structure, support, and leadership they need to focus on what matters most: meaningful outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.
As we continue to grow, we are also interested in expanding the clinical expertise of our center, including programming for individuals with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities whose needs fall within the scope of behavior-analytic treatment.

Experience working with individuals with Down syndrome and/or across a broader developmental disability population is strongly preferred. You may be a great fit if you are a leader who: Holds high clinical standards while knowing how to develop and support people Enjoys mentoring other BCBAs and emerging leaders Understands that excellent ABA requires both strong clinical practice and strong operations Can turn expectations into sustainable systems Wants a meaningful voice in how a center and its programming evolve Is energized by building something—not simply maintaining it Why Rising Above?
Because BCBAs have a seat at the table here. Rising Above is led by professionals who understand behavior analysis, clinical quality, and the realities of delivering ABA services. We believe business decisions and clinical decisions shouldn't exist in separate worlds.
