We are looking for an organized, hospitality-minded Operations & Hospitality Manager to help support the day-to-day flow of the building, restaurant operations, events, team communication, and overall guest experience.
Position OverviewThe Operations & Hospitality Manager will play a key role in keeping the building running smoothly across all three concepts. This person will support restaurant and lounge operations, assist with private and public events, help manage communication between teams, and ensure the guest, tenant, and staff experience is consistent, polished, and professional.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, calm under pressure, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRestaurant & Lounge OperationsSupport daily operations for Brodie s and Palm & CraneAssist managers and ownership with service flow, staffing needs, reservations, guest experience, and floor supportHelp ensure standards are being followed for service, cleanliness, timing, uniforms, and hospitalityCommunicate with FOH, BOH, bar, and management teams to keep operations alignedAssist with opening, closing, and event transitions as neededIdentify operational issues and help create solutions before they become larger problemsEvents & Guest ExperienceSupport private events, public events, activations, and brand programmingAssist with event setup, floor plans, timelines, vendor communication, and guest flowBe present during key events to ensure execution is smooth and professionalHelp communicate event details to staff and managers before each eventSupport follow-up with event guests, vendors, and internal teams as neededMaintain a high standard of hospitality from inquiry through executionThe Suites Downtown SupportAct as a professional point of contact for suite tenants when neededHelp maintain common areas, building standards, and overall tenant experienceSupport suite tours, move-ins, basic tenant communication, and building needsCommunicate maintenance, cleanliness, or operational concerns to ownershipHelp create a welcoming, polished environment for entrepreneurs, clients, and guestsAdministrative & CommunicationKeep ownership and management updated on operational needs, staffing concerns, event details, and building issuesAssist with schedules, checklists, internal communication, and event notesHelp organize systems that improve day-to-day flow across the buildingSupport vendor relationships, ordering coordination, and follow-through on operational tasksMaintain professionalism and discretion when handling staff, tenant, and guest mattersIdeal CandidateHospitality or restaurant management experienceEvent coordination or private dining experience is a plusStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working nights, weekends, and high-volume eventsPositive attitude with a solutions-focused mindsetProfessional, polished, and guest-focusedAble to lead by example and support a team without egoComfortable working across multiple concepts and shifting prioritiesDetail-oriented and proactiveAble to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environmentRequirementsPrior restaurant, hospitality, events, or operations experienceWeekend and nighttime availability requiredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to be on your feet and active during service/eventsReliable, professional, and accountableMust be comfortable working closely with ownership, managers, staff, tenants, vendors, and guestsCompensationCompensation will be based on experience.
