Job Description

Are you a dependable, detail-oriented customer service professional who is self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a team? Do you want to make a meaningful impact by supporting children and families through thoughtful coordination of therapy appointments? If so, you may be our next Patient Care Coordinator !
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm
Setting:
In-office position in Peabody (NOT remote)
Starting Pay Range:
$20 - $22/hour plus monthly bonus potential for reaching defined targets

WHAT YOU'LL DO EACH DAY AS A BUTTONLOOP PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Greet and support families in person with warmth and professionalism Answer phone calls with a friendly voice and exceptional customer service Schedule & reschedule therapy appointments (evaluations and treatment) accurately with attention to detail Provide clear, courteous, and timely email communication, including quoting benefits and rescheduling visits Manage therapist schedules and waitlist with care, patience, and creative problem-solving Collaborate with and support Scheduling Lead(s) and Intake Lead(s) Achieve defined scheduling goals Help keep our clinic welcoming, tidy, and organized Verify insurance benefits via phone or online & accurately enter demographic and insurance details into EMR Offer flexible general office support as needed including reports, records, mail, and supplies
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE
Adaptability to pivot in a busy, fast-paced, collaborative office environment Self-motivated to take initiative, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision A team spirit rooted in empathy, honesty, and reliability Excellent written and verbal communication skills A genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service Dedication to Buttonloop's mission of supporting children and families with care and excellence Ability to stay calm and solution-focused when challenges arise Flexible thinking and comfort with ambiguity Familiarity with Microsoft products including Outlook, OneDrive, Word, and Excel Experience with clinical front desk operations, health insurance, or EMRs is a plus!
