Peter Brzoza:
https://youtu.be/0v6IDFy-cbk At Coastal Dental Arts, we don't just fix smiles—we restore confidence. Many of our patients require large, life-changing dental care, and deciding to move forward with that care takes courage, trust, and a world-class experience. We believe that the best people to guide patients through this journey aren't traditionally from healthcare—they are from hospitality . We are seeking a Patient Experience Director & Treatment Consultant who is a master of first impressions, a deep listener, and a natural closer. This is a role for a hospitality leader who wants to trade the grueling hospitality hours (late nights, weekends, holidays) for a professional career where their gift for connecting with people genuinely changes lives. Why This Role Exists (The Real "Why") When a patient walks in needing significant dental work, they are often anxious, overwhelmed, or embarrassed. Your job is to be their advocate, their guide, and their anchor. When this role is done well: Patients feel an immediate sense of luxury, warmth, and emotional safety. Complex clinical plans are translated into clear, exciting, and digestible next steps. Financial conversations feel like collaborative problem-solving, not a sales pitch. The gap between "I need this" and "I'm ready to start today" is closed with confidence. Your job is not to sell dentistry through pressure; it is to create an experience so exceptional that saying "yes" to their health is the natural next step. What You Will Do The Art of the "Set" (First Impressions): Curate the initial experience for our high-value cases. You will welcome them, learn their story, discover their fears, and set the stage before the doctor even walks into the room. The Art of the "Close" (Consultation): Sit down with patients post-exam to review their customized treatment plans. You will handle objections, present financial options, navigate insurance realities, and confidently ask for the commitment to start treatment.
Hospitality Leadership:
Infuse a 5-star concierge culture into our entire front-facing team. You will set the tone for how phone calls are answered, how guests are greeted, and how follow-ups are handled.
Relationship Management:
Act as the dedicated concierge for patients mid-treatment, ensuring they feel cared for from their first consultation to their final reveal.
