Our Plymouth practice is seeking a caring and team focused patient care coordinator to service our patients and support our providers. Responsibilities:
Interact with patients in a positive and helpful manner, providing information and assistance as needed. Collaborate with the team to ensure sales goals are reached. Gather necessary demographic information from patient to build a new/updated patient profile in EMR. Generate invoices for patients according to prescribed procedures and collects payment. Effectively navigate computer systems such as electronic medical records and Microsoft Office. Provide necessary forms to patients for completion and signatures. Answer telephone calls, record messages for coworkers and deliver messages. Assist clinic staff with patient triage as needed to maintain proper patient flow. Educates patients about our services, treatments and products we offer. Sell services and products to meet monthly goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma is required. College Diploma or Esthetician license is an asset. Previous medical spa, dermatology or plastic surgery office experience is preferred. Previous sales experience is preferred. Computer savvy a MUST since we use an electronic medical records program and Microsoft Office. Exceptional phone and customer service skills Professionalism and team player Time management and organizational skills Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, friendly demeanor and a willingness to go above and beyond for our patients.
Hours:
Part time, 8-16 hours per week, flexible schedule.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience, starting wage $23/hr with opportunity to grow. Staff discounts on products and discounted/treatments are an added perk!
