A Winning Combination! Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field. Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D). 1+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs, along with a proven track record in staff supervision and training. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges. Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families. Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
