Join May Institute's School for Autism as a Clinical Director located in Randolph, MA, where you'll drive clinical excellence, mentorship, and program innovation across classrooms and school-based services.
Your Impact:
Lead & mentor Assistant Clinical Directors and school-based clinicians. Develop & oversee ABA programs, including Functional Behavior Assessments and Verbal Behavior frameworks. Train & support teachers and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized support plans. Drive innovation by shaping clinical training and systems improvements.
What You Bring:
Master's (required), PhD (preferred) in a related field. BCBA required (candidates accruing supervision hours welcome). 3+ years of experience designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting. Strong leadership in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving. Deep knowledge of ABA best practices, IEP processes, and special education regulations. Why Join Us?
