ASAP Compensation:
$110,000 - $130,000 annually + $10,000 Sign On Bonus + Quarterly Incentive bonuses Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises Licensed Clinicians and oversees the Substance Use Disorder Service line. Qualifications Master's degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, addictions, mental health, or a closely related field Active independent licensure (LADC I, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC required) Minimum of two (2) years of supervised substance use disorder counseling experience At least one (1) year of full-time equivalent clinical supervisory experience Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop diagnostic impressions through patient and family interviews Identify strengths, needs, abilities, preferences, weaknesses, and problem areas for treatment planning Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, including goals, interventions, and referrals Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated Create discharge and aftercare plans with appropriate referrals and continuity of care resources Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention services as needed Facilitate group counseling sessions using evidence-based modalities including CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Matrix Model Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries Collaborate with medical providers, care coordinators, and recovery support staff to ensure coordinated care Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, case consultation, and chart reviews for clinical staff Ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and organizational documentation standards Lead staff training and development initiatives to support evidence-based practice implementation Oversee clinical quality assurance and program compliance for substance use disorder services Perform other duties as assigned Physical and Environmental Requirements Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands for extended periods Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing May require up to 50% overnight travel Reasonable accommodations may be provided for qualified individuals with disabilities
