Job Description

Job Title:
CBHI Clinical Supervisor (IHBS and IHT)
Location:
West Springfield Terms:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Degree/Credential Requirements:
Master's degree in a clinical mental health field (Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling) Independently licensed in a mental health field (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) for a minimum of 6 months
Position Summary:
The CBHI Clinical Supervisor provides clinical supervision and support to IHBS and IHT staff, including assisting the Program Directors with the execution of their duties and furthering RISE's clinical responsibilities and strategic objectives.
Skills and Experience:
4+ years of behavioral and mental health experience with children and adolescents, including trauma-informed care Experience providing clinical supervision to mental and behavioral health clinicians
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provides weekly clinical supervision to assigned IHBS and IHT staff (1 hour per week each)
  • Completes diagnostic screening interviews as assigned by the Program Director
  • Reviews and signs off on clinical documents completed by clinicians under their supervision
  • Receives weekly supervision from the Program Directors
  • Serves as backup/clinical support for therapists and monitors as needed
  • Ensures compliance with HIPAA and Rise policies
  • Assists with onboarding and training of all new IHBS staff in Worcester
  • All other duties assigned by

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations Additional requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must comply with
