Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead and oversee our behavioral health and clinical services. This pivotal role involves managing clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment for staff and clients alike. The Clinical Director will play a vital role in shaping clinical protocols, supervising multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities Active RN licensure in the State of Maryland Minimum 3-5 years of skilled home health experience, preferably in Maryland Deep expertise in

documentation and
PDGM/LUPA
billing frameworks Proven experience preparing agencies for Medicare initial certification surveys and Conditions of Participation compliance Knowledge of Maryland Medicaid waiver programs including Community Options and Brain Injury waivers Experience developing and overseeing Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs Proficiency in Alora EMR is a plus Familiarity with LTSSMaryland EVV system is a plus Ability to develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies and procedures Experience supervising and mentoring field RNs, LPNs, and Home Health Aides This is a leadership role critical to our compliance infrastructure, Medicare survey readiness, and clinical excellence as we launch and grow.
Pay:
$82,443.77 - $120,000.00 per year
