Job Description Overview The Clinical Development Coordinator will support the Clinical Development team, contributing to program development, team coordination, and quality improvement initiatives. This role combines administrative skills and project management expertise, assisting with tasks essential to clinical program execution, documentation, and organizational growth. The Clinical Development Coordinator will ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and well-coordinated services across clinical programs, supporting team members in achieving Arrow's mission to serve children and families. Assist in developing project schedules, setting agendas, and organizing project meetings. Support the Clinical Development team in project activities and maintain organized documentation on shared platforms. Collaborate with project leaders to monitor and assess project progress, assisting with change management and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program protocols, state and federal regulations, and organizational policies. Act as a liaison between the Clinical Development team and corporate departments for purchases, invoicing, onboarding, and record management. Coordinate facility management tasks, ensuring that clinical and operational standards are met (e.g., inspections, maintenance). When new Clinical Development employees are hired, provide training in Arrow systems (Concur, Helpdesk tickets, etc.) and when applicable, preparing and reviewing duty specific documents. Ensure all clinical and operational documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, including regulatory and licensure compliance. Assist with data collection, report generation, and maintaining clinical records in accordance with Arrow's standards. Handle confidential information with care, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational standards. Foster clear, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, aligning team goals with Arrow's mission. Assist in the facilitation of meetings, training sessions, and team events as needed, ensuring alignment with clinical standards. Provide logistical support for clinical programs at external events and maintain professional relationships with community and clinical partners. Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, licensing requirements, and organizational policies. Conduct regular reviews of clinical protocols, ensuring they align with best practices and regulatory requirements. Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards. May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 2 years of experience in clinical or mental/healthcare administrative tasks, project coordination and clinical team support services preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge of clinical protocols and mental healthcare documentation standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
