Job Description The Project Manager will: Manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously, ranging up to $5M in value. Oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project financial performance and support profitability goals. Lead project planning, communication, scheduling, and reporting activities. Travel to project sites across the U.S. approximately 25% of the time, typically 2-3 days every other week. Ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and project requirements. Support successful delivery of hospitality and other interior renovation projects. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in the construction industry. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to oversee projects with budgets up to $5M. Strong communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
