Role:
As an Administrator at Laurelwood Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing staff, and implementing policies and procedures. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, managing budgets, and developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative leadership and support to the facility, ensuring efficient and effective operations Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching as needed Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Requirements:
2 years of experience in an administrative or management role
Level of Education:
BACHELORS, Nursing Home Administration License Required Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the healthcare setting
