Express is a full service staffing and recruiting firm with an international presence and local ownership. Our location services the Delmarva Peninsula from Chestertown, MD to Wallops Island, VA, and Bay to Ocean. We assist local companies in hiring qualified individuals for their openings in office, commercial, industrial, and medical settings, including temporary, evaluation hire and direct hire placements. Expand your search with Express! Our client is seeking a Medical Coordinator!
Schedule:
Full Time, Monday - Friday, Some Weekends (Once Per Quarter)
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate healthcare appointments, maintaining accurate records of changes and follow-ups. Communicate with healthcare providers, nursing staff, pharmacies, and residential teams. Maintain medical records, eMAR documentation, PCP information, and compliance logs. Support medication management, reconciliation, and distribution processes. Assist with OHCQ/DDA and MBON compliance activities and clerical duties. Order medical supplies, manage inventory, and verify pharmacy deliveries. Attend healthcare appointments and PCP meetings as needed. Provide basic first aid, medication administration, and direct support to individuals served. Train staff on assistive technology and advocate for the health, rights, and dignity of individuals supported. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Valid Maryland driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs. CPR/First Aid, CMT, and Mandt certifications required within 90 days of hire. Must complete all required DDA and company training.

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
