Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to maintain high standards of customer service Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and billing processes Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and administrative records Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate effective communication and coordination Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Implement and uphold office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Skills and Qualifications:
One to two years supervisory experience in customer service or healthcare settings Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills Demonstrated leadership ability and team management skills Proficiency in computer systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality Prior healthcare experience highly preferred Knowledge of Electronic Health Record systems highly preferred Experience with Office Practicum highly preferred Knowledge of billing and insurance processes highly preferred
