Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized patient care coordinator/receptionist to join our dynamic team in a state-of-the-art dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to attract and keep patients. This role is primarily focused on patient relations, so if you're shy or prefer minimal interaction, this may not be the right position for you. Our office prioritizes patient comfort and professionalism , and we expect all team members to adhere to our high standards. Dress code is business casual , and we ask that all staff maintain a neat, clean appearance (no messy hair, jeans, weed or flip-flops) . Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a Dental office . we have dedicated treatment presentation room and photography room. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with the check-in process. Coordinate treatment plans with office manager by discussing options with patients ans needed and clearly explaining procedures. Verify insurance coverage and benefits for treatment plans. Schedule appointments efficiently, balancing patient preferences with clinic availability. Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing patient inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure all aspects of patient care are handled effectively. Assist in managing office operations to enhance overall patient satisfaction.
