Behavioral & Educational Solutions, P.C. (BES) is seeking an experienced Senior RBT to provide direct ABA services while supporting daily clinic operations. This role is ideal for an RBT who is organized, dependable, and comfortable helping a clinic run smoothly without formal supervisory duties. What You'll Do Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Maintain 20+ billable hours per week Complete accurate clinical documentation Support clinic operations, scheduling, room readiness, and supplies Supervise client safety, shared spaces, and naptime routines Assist with onboarding, check‑in/out, and peer support as needed What We're Looking For Active RBT certification in good standing 1+ year clinic‑based ABA experience Strong organization, communication, and professionalism Dependable and supportive leadership Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinic environment Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the day Schedule & Environment Full‑time, clinic‑based role 11AM-7:30PM Fixed schedule with flexibility for daily needs Combination of clinical and operational responsibilities Compensation $54,000-$58,000 annually Full‑time benefits include: medical, dental, vision, short term disability, paid time-off, 401k option Behavioral & Educational Solutions, P.C. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
