About Recovery Life Group Recovery Life Group is a 16-bed residential substance use and co-occurring treatment program built on quality, integrity, and individualized care. We are not a "cookie-cutter" program.

Meet clients where they are Address root causes of addiction and mental health Provide real-world, applicable recovery tools Our program includes: 36 hours of evidence-based group therapy weekly 1-2 individual sessions per week Case management, life skills, and family therapy Recreational therapy, mindfulness, and wellness programming 30-90 day residential stays Up to 2 years of post-treatment follow-up We pride ourselves on: Low staff turnover Strong clinical outcomes Team-first culture Position Overview We are seeking a high-level Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team and elevate the quality of care across our residential program. This role is ideal for a strong clinician, mentor, and leader who wants to: Shape programming Develop clinicians Have real influence on client outcomes Clinical Supervisor Job Description Recovery Life Group LLC. is looking for an innovative dynamic individual to join residential treatment team at Recovery Life Group. We are outcome driven and have a strong focus on the holistic well-being of the patient. We are looking for someone who has the enthusiasm, creativity, and flexibility to join us in redefining the industry. Description The Clinical Supervisor directs and manages an effective clinical service delivery team using applicable principles of Social Work and/or Counseling which include - patient psychosocial assessment, group and individual psychotherapy, family intervention, patient/family education and treatment planning. The candidate must be a board approved supervisor. Additionally, candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to addiction counselors (minimum monthly) Review and approve all clinical documentation Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and clinical interventions Lead weekly team meetings and case consultations Ensure compliance with: Maryland regulations CARF standards Best clinical practices Serve as a clinical leader and mentor Support staff growth through: Training Skill development Coaching Assist in program development and quality improvement initiatives Provide guidance on complex cases, crisis intervention, and clinical decision-making Education Requirements Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field Approved Clinical Supervisor Status (Maryland BOPC) - REQUIRED Active Maryland license:LCPC, LCADC, LCSW-C, CAC-AD
(preferred) Minimum 3+ years in substance use treatment Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of: ASAM Criteria Co-occurring disorders Evidence-based practices Experience with EMR systems Must pass background check & drug screening What Sets This Role Apart This is not a high-volume corporate environment .
