Nationwide leader in evidence-based behavioral and mental health services Strong clinical supervision, mentorship, and professional development Not private-equity backed, quality always comes first Clear pathways into leadership and clinical advancement BDA North is hiring a Clinical Mental Health Therapist / Clinical Supervisor in the Hollis, Maine area to provide a combination of outpatient therapy, in-home/community-based HCT services, and clinical supervision for a Section 65 Day Treatment preschool program. This role supports children and families through direct clinical treatment, caregiver collaboration, treatment planning, crisis/safety planning, and clinical oversight of programming and staff.
Licensure:
LCPC, LCSW, LCPC-C, or LMSW-CC What You'll Do Provide individual and family outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and families Provide HCT services in home and community settings, including assessment, treatment planning, caregiver coaching, and clinical intervention Serve as clinical supervisor for Section 65 Day Treatment preschool programming Complete clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, reviews, discharge planning, and coordination of care Provide clinical consultation and oversight to BHPs, clinical associates, and day treatment staff Collaborate with families, schools, case managers, medical providers, and community partners Support emotional regulation, behavioral stabilization, family functioning, social skills, adaptive functioning, and safety planning Participate in team meetings, IEP/school meetings as appropriate, and internal supervision/quality assurance activities
