Overview Anderson Sports Medicine is adding to our team! We specialize in treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries with a team of skilled physicians and healthcare professionals. We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organized Front Desk Associate to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our patients.

Responsibilities What You'll Do :
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.2. Schedule patient appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar.3. Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays.4. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.6. Assist and manage patient paperwork, including consent forms, FMLA forms, disabilityforms, physical therapy notes, etc.7. Communicate effectively with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.8. Handle basic administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing and data entry. Qualifications What We're Looking For 1. Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred.2. Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and authorization processes.3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.5. Radiates positive energy6. Problem-solving skills
