In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining patient records. Your proactive communication skills and thorough understanding of dental terminology and information management will help ensure efficient office operations and exceptional patient care. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software. Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus. Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance claims processing Assist patients with intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and explaining treatment plans when necessary. Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear communication. Collection of patient payments, process finacial transactions accurately, and maintain confidentialy of all financial and healthcare information. Requirements Dental experience a must. Strong knowledge of dental insurance procedures. Excellent computer skills. Ability to handle sensitive patient information with strict adherence to HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
