as a Working Supervisor at our Ambulatory Surgery Center in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This exciting role is perfect for a motivated leader who is passionate about maintaining high standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff to provide exceptional patient care and support. Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to streamline workflows. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization. Manage inventory and supply orders to ensure necessary resources are available. Address and resolve any staff or patient concerns promptly and professionally. Implement quality control measures to enhance service delivery. Assist in scheduling and staffing to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting. Perform and oversee terminal cleaning of operating rooms, procedure rooms, recovery areas, and other clinical spaces according to facility protocols. Follow established infection prevention and control procedures. Strong knowledge of ambulatory surgery center operations and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate a diverse team. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications and licenses in healthcare management preferred. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
