This position supports clinical staff, oversees quality and compliance standards, and helps ensure children and families receive appropriate, coordinated behavioral health services. Responsibilities Provide weekly individual supervision and ongoing support to clinical staff, including limited licensed clinicians, interns, and support staff. Supervise the Parent Support Partner and Youth Peer Support Specialist. Review clinical documentation, assessments, and other required records for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Provide training, direction, and support related to mental health and substance use services. Ensure clinical services meet program fidelity and contractual requirements. Maintain an active clinical caseload and provide counseling services as needed. Ensure members are appropriately screened, assessed, and connected to individual and group therapy services. Assist with maintaining audit-ready clinical records and timely documentation. Collaborate with clinicians, healthcare providers, social workers, families, legal agencies, and community partners to promote continuity of care. Monitor required program data and reporting. Provide leadership and support to staff in the absence of the Children's Director. Maintain compliance with credentialing, continuing education, training, and organizational requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required. Current Michigan LMSW, LPC, or LLP license required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant behavioral health experience. Previous supervisory or lead experience required.
CAADC/CADC
certification or development plan with MCBAP. CAFAS and PECFAS reliability and ability to support clinicians with assessment and reporting requirements. Strong clinical leadership, supervision, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively coach, train, and support clinical staff. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must maintain required professional credentials and continuing education requirements.
